Exchange Policy

• 7-Day Exchange: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
• No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or provide refunds.
• Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tags and packaging intact.
• Non-Exchangeable Products: Sale items, discounted products, and purchases made using coupons or gift vouchers are not eligible for exchange.
• One-Time Exchange: Exchanges are allowed only once per order and are subject to product and size availability.
• If No Suitable Product Is Available: If you are unable to find a suitable product at the time of exchange, we will provide a discount code equivalent to the eligible exchange value, which can be used on a future purchase within 2 months of issue.
• Discount Code Validity: The discount code is valid for 2 months only and cannot be exchanged for cash or a refund.
• Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for the applicable shipping costs for the exchange.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Damaged or incorrect products will be replaced after verification.
