* We do not offer refunds on purchased products. Eligible items can only be exchanged for a different size or store credit.
* Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, and products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
* Sale items, discounted products, purchases made using coupons/gift vouchers, accessories, jewellery, home décor, made-to-order products, and international orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Exchange is allowed only once per order and is subject to stock availability.
* If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit valid for 30 days will be issued.
